Everyone always asks about our menu. Everything we do is custom- so our menu is what you
would like! But to inspire you, here is a sample menu of a few of our "staples".
"Galley Special" explanation- our chefs love to cook and are quite often inspired by what looks the
best the day of the charter, for example maybe what the boat next to us caught that morning or the
ripest, most succulent, vegetable in the garden, unpredictable but always delicious. So, if you're not
afraid to try new things this may be the choice for you!

Local fish fillet, baked, pan-fried, or grilled

Pan-fried Parmesan chicken
Portabella mushroom special
Baked sea scallops with lobster stuffing (August -October only)
