Everyone always asks about our menu. Everything we do is custom- so our menu is
what you would like!
But to inspire you, here is a sample menu of a few of our "staples".
"Galley Special" explanation- our cooks love to cook and are quite often inspired by
what looks the best the day of the charter, for example maybe what the boat next to
us caught that morning or the ripest, most succulent, vegetable in the garden,
unpredictable but always delicious. So, if you're not afraid to try new things this may
be the choice for you!
Appetizers: Please pick two
Chilled Shrimp Cocktail w/ our fresh made cocktail sauce
Fresh fruit and gourmet cheese platter
Homemade hummus and fresh veggie plate

Dinner Entrees:
Seared Tuna steak w/ wasabi
Steak grilled to perfection
Pan fried Parmesan chicken
Steamed 1lb-1.5lb lobster platter
For the Vegetarian:
Portebella mushroom special

(all entrees are served with salad, sides and bread)

Decadent Chocolate torte
Traditional Cheesecake with fresh fruit
