Our coach has conducted events for Fortune 100 executives and groups at many
levels of management. We can help you plan an event or a multi-day program that
will help solve common team dysfunctions, build leadership skills, and improve team
performance while having the time of your life on the water.
Techniques that have been used successfully by elite military units, sports teams, and
leading businesses will be taught and used to help bring your team to the next level of
performance. Fundamental to our training is the belief that all teams can be made
into higher performing teams with work, and that leadership is a skill which can be
developed and improved through practice.
Our program is focused on delivering results for executives in the business world, but
we can customize a program for other types of teams or groups for you.
We can accommodate teams of up to 6 individuals in this program on one boat.

Sakonnet Charters LLC is fully licensed and insured.
Our captain and first mate/chef both hold current
USCG 100 Ton Master's licenses with sail and
commercial towing endorsements and are certified
in American Red Cross First Aid and CPR. Our
vessels are equipped with all required US Coast
Guard safety equipment.
